Each session starts with a brief series of questions designed to help focus on current physical and emotional issues.

It will then delve into the hidden emotions that are causing the issues by accessing your subconscious and revealing hidden fears and emotions.

At the end of each session you will be emailed a brief breakdown of the session and key emotions that are affecting you, and some lifestyle changes to help navigate and heal.
